Funny, it never occurred to me to think about how “how Senator Obama’s mother, from Kansas, came to marry an African graduate student.”

But then, when I was a teenager I said I thought Cassius Clay had a great body (yeah, I’m an old broad) and my mother slapped me.

McCain’s great-great grandfather was a Mississippi slave owner and officer in the Confederate Army.

His grandfather was commander of aircraft carrier Task Force 38 in the Pacific theater during the firebomb raids that burned Tokyo to the ground, killing 125,000 civilians.

His father was CINCPAC from 1968-1972 and as such directed the saturation bombing of North Vietnam estimated to have caused 1 million civilian deaths. He was also involved in whitewashing the USS Liberty incident.

The man himself has admitted that he was a participant in a war crime when he was shot down over Hanoi after bombing civilian targets.

Let’s see the Obamas top that.
