You have to enjoy the sweet schadenfreud of a sexual scandal hitting the rethug side just about 3 weeks after one of their hitmen was saying that Hillery can’t be sure Bill isn’t out there huntin’ tail on the spousal-campaign trail. Feet of clay, glass houses, etc. This should really inflame the Huckabuddies too.

I don’t know how much traction the McCain sex scandal can get in comparison to other recent Republican scandals. I mean:

A) She’s a female;

B) She’s over 18;

C) She’s alive;

D) The prostitution is merely metaphorical, not literal;

E) There’s no drugs involved (except maybe some Viagra);

F) There’s no report that McCain was wearing the fishnets and high heels, and;

G) No wetsuits or dildos.

On the other hand, one could argue that at least none of Clinton’s paramours were getting legislative favors like McCain’s. But I doubt it’s enough to argue that McCain is worse than Clinton. After the last 5 years of Republican sexcapades, the bar is set so much higher now.
