Now comes the recommendation. I’ve been playing Keep Your Eyes Ahead from The Helio Sequence for the past couple of days, and it’s probably the most compelling CD that I’ve heard in the past year. Having passed it around to friends as well as playing it for the ethereal yet winsome mrs tbogg we have come up with the following list of musical influences that we picked up on; U2, the Cocteau Twins, the Cure, the Shins, Bob Dylan, The Stone Roses, Isn’t Anything -era My Bloody Valentine and probably about six other bands that we couldn’t quite place. Consensus opinion: "I love this"
