I mean, if you can’t trust Tony Snow, who can you trust?

I’m actually rather amused by how much I enjoy listening to him speak (or is it what he says just sounds so good…). Oh well. Someone both articulate and inspiring. So different from what we have now.

Well, I think that’s just grand. But, see, for it to work, the cops have to agree, your boss has to agree, the politicians who decide where resources are going to be allocated have to agree…

Oh, no, wait. They don’t. Because you’re white.

Every one on that list could have all sorts of excuses for putting the children with the deep tans at a disadvantage and you wouldn’t have a clue, because your kid is doing just fine, and the people whose kids aren’t doing just fine aren’t allowed to talk to you about it.

As a matter of fact, if they talk to you about it they’ve racialized the situation.

And there will be anger from some small areas of the African-American community at his downfall. Obama tried to equate Wright as a symbol of the black community. I know a lot of blacks who would not agree.
