Now the dean needs to hike himself down to Genos Steaks, or Pats..whichever one it is the asshole has a sign up “Order in English, this is America.” The one whose grandparents came over on the boat and spoke nothing but Italian there entire time in this country. Doesn’t matter, both make crappy greasy steak sandwiches with horsemeat. Still glad I moved out of Philly. But I think Broder needs to be photographed and critqued to see whether he knows how to eat a cheesesteak like a real American.

If the terrorists are smart, they will give up on trying to attack us and just sit back and wait, because eventually our entire country is going to be so stupid that people will start sticking their tongues in wall sockets just to see what electricity tastes like.

So now, John McCain makes sense!

My parents both hated Nixon and Reagan. I didn’t need their imprimatur to share that feeling.

I don’t even believe that she’s a registered Democrat. Half-way between Obama and McCain? That’s like being half-way between being a male and a female - deeply confused.

Not stupid at all, watertiger. That woman knew exactly what she was doing and so did the people who selected that “regular voter” question to air.

Now, maybe Broder lucked out in finding the stupidest registered Democrat in Pennsylvania, but he didn’t stupidly report what she said — he also knows exactly what he’s doing.

Malicious intent doesn’t equal stupidity, it just shows that they expect the rest of us to be dumb enough to fall for it.

I used to think that Nielsen ratings, music sales charts, and box office rankings were fixed in a plot to keep America stupid.

Then I realized that this was too much work for too little return, as America is, by and large, already stupid. (See: 2004 elections, 1980 elections, etc.)
