Yes, and with great bassetly regret. Satchmo would deliver a memorable, historical, nay, Churchillian speech… before retiring to the cool tile floor of the bathroom.
As I understand it from my admittedly non-British perspective, being in the House of Lords is not unlike lying on the cool tile floor of the bathroom. It is pleasant, dark, and relaxing, and you are only occasionally troubled by someone (like, for example, Her Majesty the Queen) coming in with pressing business of some kind.
Oooooooooh! Teh beautious Bassets. They make my heart happy. TYVM.
Nice cameo, Satchmo. Very Hitchcockian.
Thanks T, made my evening.
I IZ VERY HAPPY TO SEE TEH BOYZ.
~~~~sigh~~~~
Puppies. Teh softest ears in teh world….
Last week I heard a song your bassets could sing along to – The Basset Hound Blues, featuring a basset hound accompanied by tuba.
Fenway and Beckham putting their heads together?
Be afraid. Be very afraid.
No wonder Satchmo looks worried, eh, Capt.?
Kissybabies!!
Ahhhhhh. Thank you. They are so handsome it pretty much wipes out the retina damage I got from the picture in your previous post.
Satchel is still the picture of dignity in a chaotic world.
Satchmo appears to be ready to take his seat in the House of Lords, and leave day-to-day bassetry to the younger generation.
Oops….. I have no idea how that happened. I swear that I was on the Pre-Friday page, but oh well.
Perfect. Thank you.
