Good thinking, Cliff. I fell for it this time and I’m sorry for it. Usually I’m able to fend off the seductive little arrows imploring me to follow them for something good only to end up in the belly of the beast, but I was slow on the uptake today. Maybe because the impact of a woman beating up on children who have done no harm to anyone made me a little dizzy…

It’s beyond me how anyone, even one so vile as Malkin, can enjoy ridiculing two little girls because they spelled two words incorrectly.

Here we have a mother who must deprive her children of something dear to them in order to be able to continue to shelter, feed and clothe them — a responsible but painful decision and something many parents have to face daily.

Here we have two children who have a grievance and they are clearly tuned in enough to our (rapidly diminishing) system of government that they decided public protest to attempt to influence the people who are presumably “in charge” to fix what’s wrong.

And wayyyyyy over here we have an adult woman who derives pleasure from making fun of all of them. What a gem.
