All I can figure is, back in 2000 or so, Joe Lieberman got caught in bed, performing an abortion on a dead male prostitute. Since then, he’s gotten his talking points, weekly, from Karl Rove. That’s the only thing that seems to make any sense.

The alleged purpose of the “surge” was to allow time for political reconciliation in Iraq.

The surge is over. The purpose was not fulfilled.

I’ve been a teacher for 15 years. My students’ scores are near the bottom of the county. I am rude and angry with other teachers and parents. During my last science lab, over half of the room was left relatively undamaged. On my last field trip I only lost 3 kids. I do not email.

I am clearly your best choice for principal.

McCain’s only honest argument against Obama is that of “experience.” According to, I don’t know, someone, many years in Washington should hone one’s judgment. (How this works is never explained.)

Let it be noted far and wide that John McCain’s twenty-five years in the Congress have not cured the fact that he has shitty judgment.

E.g., invading a country that posed no threat, prolonging a conflict we all hate.

And that’s only if you concede that the escalation worked, which I don’t. Just because the same shitheads that lied about this occupation for five years says it’s a success, what kind of mark would I be to believe them? I see nothing that says success. There were almost 550 deaths from combat in Iraq in June. How is that victory? Because less were WASPs? Baghdad is a rat maze, whole neighborhoods are empty, except for thousands of elite troops. I invite an independent visit from a third party to look and see how many ”benchmarks” cheney and his pet monkey met.
