I guess that means the southeast Asians (mostly Hmong) and Latinos that I see fishing in Providence, RI would be welcomed with open arms in small towns all across America. (Most of the fishing is in Narragansett Bay, not in the Providence River.) Come to think of it, a lot of those boys like to shoot up stuff, (mostly with Mac 10s), and I’m sure there’s a decent amount of meth being cooked in South Providence. Small town values, all!</p> Fishin’ is a small town value?
