Tucker Bounds is fast becoming America’s Media Bitch.
First it was Campbell Brown. Now it’s Fox’s Megyn Kelly.
If it’s not even safe to go on Fox News anymore, your campaign might be lying too much.
Oh, Tucker honey, when Fox Noise is reamin’ your lying ass out, it’s time to get on with your life’s work, and that ain’t Spin Doctor.
Heavens to Betsy! — as my Grandma used to proclaim when she saw someone making a complete ass of themselves. I don’t know what the hell that means, but she would’ve used it if she saw poor Tucker.
Megyn Kelly? Who’d’ve thunk it! Now McInsane is going to say that Campbell Brown and Megyn are being sexist because they’re being mean to poor little Tucker…
Wow. Is Rupert betting against McSame/Wolfkiller or what?
Have they fired her yet??
Why does he still have a job?
Interesting question. Maybe Faux is annoyed that the first interview with the Wolfkiller went to ABC?
– And how on earth does he get up every morning and prepare for yet another day of lying *so* badly that even the peroxide victims at Fox News have to call him on it?!?
It’s one thing to head over to the cubicle and put in eight hours of meaningless work for “the man”, quite another to be forced day in and day out to put lipstick on the pig that is the McSame campaign and smile about it… Talk about “worst job in the world.” I’d rather be telemarketing for an insurance company.
Holy Shitpile, Batman! When you are a Republican and Fox eye candy slaps you around, it is time to find a secure undisclosed location.
When McCain had his sense of decency surgically removed the rest of his campaign did too.
Will “pull a Bounds” enter the lexicon to describe a “sputtering denial”?
Tucker Bounds: Phucked & Bound.
Soon, the McInsane campaign will be naming Hannity the “exclusive interviewer” for all campaign personnel.
By the way, has anyone asked Phucker Bound about the fact that Guv. “Palen” had a tanning bed installed at the Gov mansion at taxpayer expense?
http://narcosphere.narconews.c…..on-a-story
Can you say $400 haircut?
Forget the tanning bed. I want to know why the nominee for VP, who has made a point of screaming about the media’s unfair gender bias with regard to her experience and ability for the position, allegedly had to have her husband present during executive sessions while she was Mayor of Wasilla AND Governor of Alaska. Was he expecting insider info on local investment opportunities? Is this some weird Promise Keeper ritual that we can expect the Palins to attempt to carry over to, say, the “Situation Room?” (Don’t know about you, but I just loooove the thought of my military policy being vetted by a former snowmobile salesman from the crystal meth capital of Alaska!) Or does Caribou Barbie just need someone to ’splain teh big werds?
Tucker Bounds right over yet another cliff.
Just saw some blurb with Karl Rove saying that McInsane is being too deceptive in his ads. Chris Wallace seemed all critical of “Tanner” Palen. Then, this Pox Newz airhead getting all tough with McInsane’s spokeshole?
Ahhhh….something is up. These “people” operate in pack mentality and would not stray off message unless word has gone out. Trying to figure out how this strategy could help Repubs. There must be something…
Spokeshole.
I like that.
Yes, that’s a good one. That’s why I ripped it off from Stephanie Miller’s radio show. Not sure if it originated there, but they say it a lot.
Miller gets a bit shrill at times but “spokeshole” is a keeper.
“Ahhhh….something is up. These “people” operate in pack mentality and would not stray off message unless word has gone out. Trying to figure out how this strategy could help Repubs. There must be something…”
Ditto, bonkers. Some lefties are getting excited that Rove “criticized” McCain. Come on, he works for McSame! So are we suppose to believe that all of a sudden the evil scumbag Rove is getting all fair & balanced? Just doesn’t add up. How is this helping McCain? That is the question.
The “something” is equivalent to Mao’s “Long March, a strategic retreat during which he consolidated his “base” and avoided total destruction. My deep, dark, paranoid feeling is that the GOP is willing to give up the fight this election cycle, let the Democrats win and then berate and belittle and blame them for the shitstorm that this country is about to endure. Then, in 2012, they came rise, resurrected from the grave like [strike]Dracula[/strike] Jeebus to save the day. McCain/Palin is being positioned to be the 2012 savior (well, Palin, anyway), not the 2008 victor.
Submitted for your approval, this 15th day of September, 2008.
Is there a Tucker alive who isn’t a born hoser?
…“spokeshole” is a keeper.
When you find yourself being a spokeshole, stop digging.
Long March…thanks for that.
Had that thought about cutting loses and all, but it seems they are in striking distance of being able to pull it off, so why would they want to do that at this point?
Now granted, the fact that Lush Limpdick, Pox Newz and the like came out early and hard for Mittmo Romnutz but the Repube base picked McInsane instead, makes me wonder that a certain faction of the Repube Party might submarine McInsane since they really do not like him. Then in 2012, install the Tax Whisperer Romney or some other BigMoney-approved fuckwad.
Still, seems like such a huge gamble, and no matter how much they don’t get along with John-boy, I’d think they can find enough common ground to rape and pillage defenseless foreign countries and the US Treasury if he’s Prez.
Maybe your theory is correct, but my hunch is that there’s something more immediate to be gained by doing this coordinated stunt. Perhaps it’s a way for McInsane to bolster his “maverick” cred since he likes to say he bucks his own Party sometimes, and this also separates him from Rove/Bush at least on the outside? I still think they’re trying to win this thing.
I’m wondering if they didn’t really know how clueless Sarah Palin is. Add in McCain’s mostly undisclosed health records, maybe they are just as scared about Palin actually becoming president as we are. They can’t drop her because of the effect it would have on down ticket races.
OK. They’re all in. Now we have Richard Cohen joining the chorus:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/…..inionsbox1
Colin Powell, James Baker and HENRY FUCKING KISSINGER endorsing an Obama position over McInsane’s:

And more Colin Powell:

I would think they’d want “Pale”n in there since she would likely defer to the cabal for most things. Sorta like the Shrub empty suit, only an empty skirt. And again, while McInsane and the cabal might not be best friends, they certainly can find common ground on all the Death and Destruction they’d like to unleash.
This is such a coordinated effort (even the AP is calling things “lies” in their articles all of a sudden), and things are close enough still for them that I think there’s some short-term strategy in place with this. It’s always breathtaking to me to watch how coordinated and quick their message machine is. It’s like they’re robots.
Of course they knew who she was; they knew everything about her. They picked her on that basis. Pretty small town bible thumping Mayor and Governer. A perfect choice to appeal to the Heartlanders and all those dipshit faux democrats who stood behind Hillary for her sex, not her politics. McCain didn’t choose her. His committee of overseers and advisers did. VPs are well vetted. This was a strategic choice.
We would do well not to assume these people are naive, or to be so naive ourselves. Republicans have election campaigning, lobbying, and politicking down to a science. They know what they’re doing every bit as much as your average evangelical huckster and snake oil salesman.
THWAKA-THWAKA-THWAKA-THWAKA-THWAKA-THWAKA-THWAK….
“Honeeeee whatcha doin’?”
“Shut up, woman! I’m watchin’ the news!”
“But you were never interested in the news before….”
Yes, when character and values have lost their meaning, and fear fear loses it’s persuasive edge, you can always sell it with SEX!
Early on McCain said he would only run for one term and then he backpeddaled. What was the point of his only ‘one term’? Was that to set his VP up for Prez? I never did understand that “one term only” thing with McCain.
