Nice new graphic, eh?
First off thanks (again) to Phil in Lancaster, PA for the CD by Yusuf (#20 on Amazon, go figure), that crazy hate-filled Muslim who wrote Peace Train.
Also. The L&T Casey has been home for a few weeks now and we spent the better part of last evening going through our rather extensive CD collection picking out music to add to her newer larger iPod. To date, I’m rather pleased with her choices that will (hopefully) replace some of that crazy hippity-hoppity music that all the kids in college are listening to these days. Replacements, REM, Uncle Tupelo, Stone Roses, Dylan, War, Morphine, Johnny Cash, The Posies, Yo-Yo Ma … I’ve even got her to consider Badly Drawn Boy.
Success!
