Do you have any kind of objective evidence to support that statement? I mean, sure Miss Prejean is no standout even among beauty contestants, and Harris didn’t exactly distinguish herself even in a state not known for its mental gifts, and Palin has shown a tad less than the smarts you might expect of an exceptionally amoral aging cheerleader. But Bachmann; there’s someone who has elevated wild-eyed crazy to an art form (I could see her relishing a starring role in a remake of Ilsa, She-Wolf of the SS), but it’s hard to get a real grasp on exactly how smart she is. She might actually be smarter than Malkin, although I could easily be letting my revulsion for the latter prejudice me against her. It’s funny – I am strongly prejudiced in favor of Asian women; I find them unusually attractive and delightful to look at (even more than most women are), and yet whenever I see a picture of that woman’s face, I just see a skull. She turns my stomach.

None of, say, the female Republican Senators? I’m sure (if I had to) I’d rather have a conversation w/ Kay Bailey Hutchison than w/ any of the five pictured. (Or could have a conversation.) Let alone the New England RINOs, Snowe & Collins.
