Right on! She is not a feminist, and she is not presidential material because of who she is. Period.

As for speculations, I keep thinking about her presser (will not watch it again), and I can’t get over how angry and rattled she look. Something big got her to step down, and while it may not be one of her countless grifting acts that got her into hot water, it didn’t help.

She is not going away. Narcissists like her don’t just fade away, especially against their own wills. If she goes down, she’s taking a lot of people with her.

As for the presidency, I don’t think she’ll be president. Can I say that I’m sure about that? Unfortunately, not. Never underestimate the stupidity of the masses.

Let’s see how the drooling neocon fan club loves Palin if she looks like Kay Bailey Hutchinson in 15 years.

She reminds me of a previously unknown second-banana starlette of a TV show who’s fallen in love with seeing her face on the screen, wants way more exposure but doesn’t want any of the responsibility. And it seems very likely no one is around her except for people telling her what she wants to hear.

When even Karl Rove sounds doubtful about her political survival, the boneheaded cheerleaders look positively demented . Which is not unusual.

Whether Palin survives her own trainwreck to compete for high profile political positions is less relevant than Republicans continuing to court people just like her. Corrupt dumbass dipshits like Palin, Joe the Plumber, and Meghan McCain are a dime a dozen. The threat is less any one of them than the Party choosing to invest in them.
