Shorter Sarah Palin:
There is absolutely no fucking way that I wrote this op-ed.
My favorite part:
Instead of poll-driven “solutions,” let’s talk about real health-care reform: market-oriented, patient-centered, and result-driven. As the Cato Institute’s Michael Cannon and others have argued…
When exactly did the Cato Institute start publishing studies in Marie Claire?

Market-oriented, patient-centered and results-driven healthcare…. Even more rare than that planetary alignment that supposedly happens once every 179 years or so.
No, No. Thats the OTHER Sarah Palin, from the alternate universe. The one where she is a genuis and found the cure for cancer.
I hear she can see her ghost writer from her front porch.
They didn’t need to publish in Marie Claire; Sarah Palin reads ALL newspapers and magazines.
jebus. she’s like a bad case of herpes. can we all pitch in and buy the msm the meds for that? i know it can’t be cured, but it can sure as hell be managed.
The underlying question: who is paying for SP’s ghost writer? We all know she’s too much of a grifter for it to be coming out of her pocket, plus she quit her last job and appears to be unemployed at this particular point in time…
I am with Benen on La Palina: Bored now.
Market-oriented, patient-centered and results-driven healthcare mmay be all the rage in Marie Claire, but has a tendency to end all Marie Prevost
Sometime I’m going to have to get drunk enough to be able to look at Sarah Palin talking for more than 30 seconds, just so that I can try to catch a glimpse of someone’s hand when she opens her mouth especially wide.
Hyphenated words! Bah – as if.
She’s so cute when she tries to act like a grownup!
Let’s be clear. It is impossible for healthcare to be both market-driven and patient-centered. Market-driven means satisfying the shareholders and the greedy bastards in the executive suite. Patient-centered means getting the patient the care (s)he needs at a price that will not bankrupt. Unless, of course, by patient-centered Palin and her ghostwriter mean centering on the patients in order to bleed them dry and leave them in some dark alley near the free clinic.
Marie Claire may not be your go-to source for libertarian health care studies, but it does provide interesting insights into questions like “Do nudie pics of chicks turn you on?” which can be best considered while linking to pictures of Mila Jovovich without a stitch of clothing on. For research purposes only, of course.
