Thanks for posting that link to the Yo La Tengo download! I’ve been meaning to check out what they’ve been doing lately, as I’ve lost touch with them in the past few years. I’ll always remember the show they were supposed to do at the 930 club several years ago when there was a big storm and the club and surrounding neighborhood lost power. So they setup an impromptu unplugged gig in the alley along side the club. Sadly, they sing and play so quietly (when not miked) that no one could hear much and they gave up after a few songs. But it was memorable nonetheless.
