The rhetoric coming out of these people is the same kind of crap that I heard coming out of the racists back in the Sixties when the Civil Rights Act was going through Congress. They remain ignorant, bigoted, crybabies and they unanimously overlook the fact that every one of their beloved Deep South Red States has been on the federal dole for decades. When something happens that they don’t like they all get up on their hind legs and start spewing about their “rights” and “tyranny”. They want to be free of everything except our money. Until they wean themselves off of that they’re nothing more than a bunch of cocksucking little posers.

I think it's supposed to sound like the classical, measured cadences of The Federalist. As you point out, it comes out instead like cut-rate Ernst Stavro Blofeld. "My patience is not finite, Mr. Bond, nor is my obligation to bear your indecent assault on my liberties unlimited." (Claps hands to have his henchmen suspend Bond over shark tank.)

That would mean that their patience is, in fact, infinite, would it not?
