Na ga happen. There still are some Republicans up here in NY23 who remember what it was like to hold moderate views, and put their constituents over whatever interests lie beneath the lowest common denominator.

But I’ll bet there’ll be a lot of laughs in Albany when they reconvene: “Hey Dede, sorry I supported the knuckedragger over you, my dear pal o’ mine. Say, no hard feelings, right? And would you co-sign my bill to cut services in your district so we can lower taxes on the wealthy?”
