It always amuses me when people use exclamation marks and question marks together.

In all fairness, he did do better than R candidates normally do in his position, so ‘TROUNCED?’ makes a small amount of sense, although 20% of the vote isn’t exactly made of win.

Of course, ‘TROUNCED!’ is actually true, although not what he was intending to say, I’m sure.
