As in, (in response to calling teabaggers “ignorant bullying blowhards“):
Those “ignorant bullying blowhards” are the same people who Founded this country. If you read Madison’s notes on the Constitution as well as the debates on Independence, the Revolutionaries didn’t get along or like each other a lot either. But they still founded this country to the values that made as the Greatest Nation the world has ever seen..as these ReFounders will do again.
It’s a noun! As in :
I, a ReFounder, will refind and reestablish the principles that, I have on good authority from some guy I saw on TV, can be found in the Constitution and which, once they have been refounded-ed, will save America from that black Kenyan guy. Amen.

Looking at most of the misfits waving their little “I love Sarah” flags in the dark & cold, only to be burned by the Diva of Dumb, I think the word we’re looking for is foundling, as in:
A deserted or abandoned child of unknown parentage.
After all, White Trash somehow implies recyclability — and I don’t think there’s any hope of that with this bunch.

Okay, trying to wrap my head around this. So, I’m thinking Malkin would be Betsy Ross, Joe the Plumber is Paul Revere. Bible Spice is George Washington. Who’s Benedict Arnold, Lindsey Graham? And I guess that would make Pantload the Liberty Bell?
Don’t forget Carrie Prejean, she would be Martha W. Or would Todd be Martha?
And of course the U.S. would have to attack England, because, well, I suppose because they’re English, and everyone knows the English are elitists.

That is sooo wrong.

I thought he was referring (is that to ferring as refounding is to founding?) to the pantload’s general shape, size, and one-note pealings.
