Young Master Wembley. And Fenway’s middle third in the background.
I will be twitter-twatting the DNC convention on the twitter machine tonight because I have already seen every episode of Law & Order SVU.
And, yes, Wembley is getting a mani-pedi this weekend.

“The Aristocrats!”
PS Do you still give the mani-pedis in that fun doggie swing-thing?
Best photo yet of this handsome guy!
I’m always amazed by your ability to get your dogs to provide a 3/4 pose when their eyes are lasered in on you and the camera.
Wow…that picture really shows why we call him Wem-Belly. But he sure is darn cute!
I see Obama cropped your photo again (just like Romney would).
Dr President Jill Stein would never do that.
Wembley has his suspicious look on.
Stoic.
Awesome picture.
Which paws are the mani and which the pedi?
Greetings from teh Super 8 in Guymon, OK, where I collapsed rather than venture to LIEBRUL KANSAS in the midst of an Oklahoma wind and rain storm.
Arthur is having a nice spa vacation until Sunday, when he flies out to beautiful Moline. From the evil eye he gave me I do not anticipate great happiness until he discovers that the only things I have packed are his – cookies, sweeties, dinner, treats and stuffed babiez. He may forgive me.
Awe, the adventures of an historian’s (pampered) puppy! Chartered jets! Spas! Flygirls! Treats! Woof Woof!
He’s looking very Snape-ish. “That will be 50 points from Gryffindor, Missssster Potter…”
I bet you get that look a lot.
I’m testing out a new nickname for Romney: Slippery Mittens.
What do y’all think?
One of these days you’re going to post a photo of the guys that my reaction to is not reflexively [burns]“Release the hounds!”[/burns]. Not today, though.
Most excellent twittertwatting, Sir Bogg.
OT:
Mr. Bogg, I strongly recommend that you acquire this .gif for your collection. It’s bound to find an appropriate use at some point.

Heh, heh heh…. I know just the person I’m sending that to!
we need more action shots of these guys. are they hard to capture in motion?
thanks as always Tbogg, these guys are always a lift in your day.
Unless ur cleaning up after them.
Oh yeah, I’m in a Super 8 too for the next 6 months. Maybe.

And now, Kearney, MO. May I say that my experience – ALL my experience – of Kansas has been less than satisfactory. Remember what LBJ said about being in the middle of Texas lightning storm in the middle of the road? That’s where I was, somewhere past Pratt, KS – hail, 50mph wind, rain, trucks, no visibility, imminent death. All I could think of was teh Historian’s pampered Dog, waiting for me in Moline on Sunday, knowing I had to be there.
Please note that the next time I do this – TELL ME NOT TO DO THIS.
I remember traveling from CO to St Francis, KS for family reunions when I was about Wembelly’s age. At one point there was a mild curve in the highway. Very exciting! And then it was wall-to-wall sunflowers for hours on end…
I think you met Dead Hurricane Isaac. It’s not usually like that in Kansas, or so my mother taught me. (Well, thunderstorms aren’t that unusual. But I think what you met was.)
GWPDA! I hope you’re able to relax and sleep well tonight.
Must admit, some of the very worst weather I’ve ever experienced, summer and winter style, were experienced in Oklahoma. My only trips through Kansas were uneventful, though.
Are you really sending Arthur on a plane all by himself? Well, then, yes, you must get to Moline on time! And I do hope he forgives you.
Good travelling to you,ma’am, and to Arthur.
