Investigative reporter and “too smart for Mensa” boy genius Matt Boyle seems to have discovered an assault on our very American way of life where others would only see a weird co-inky-dink. Here is the entirety of his explosive expose demonstrating the obvious collaboration between the Muslin President and the apparatchiks of George Soros. See if you notice anything missing:
The far left-wing, George Soros-backed Media Matters for America organization has been on a gun control binge in recent weeks, aligning its advocacy efforts with those of President Barack Obama’s push for restrictive new laws since his re-election.
In the less than three months since Obama’s re-election on November 6, 2012, the liberal advocacy group–that maintains a 501(c)3 tax exempt status–has written 186 posts tagged with the term “guns,” a Breitbart News search on the site shows.
To put that in comparison, it took Media Matters from March 23, 2012, until Election Day–almost seven and a half months–to write as many posts on gun control before the election.
Media Matters’ ramped up gun control advocacy comes even though the organization has come under scrutiny for arms carried by the bodyguard assigned to the organization’s leader, David Brock.
One reason why Media Matters may have juiced up its anti-gun push in recent weeks is because the president has as well. Media Matters has closely coordinated its messaging with that of the Obama White House, as The Daily Caller’s Vince Coglianese has reported before.
Obama largely avoided talking about guns ahead of his re-election. Save for a debate comment in which he said he’d support reinstatement of the 1994 assault weapons ban that expired in 2004, Obama didn’t say much about the Second Amendment or about firearms until after he was re-elected.
Chris Cox, the executive director of the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action noted after that debate comment that “[s]ome gun owners took Obama at his word four years ago, when he said he wouldn’t take their guns away” but after that debate comment Obama “finally let it slip… that he supports the most draconian form of gun control – a gun ban” after “years of paying lip service to the Second Amendment.”
As Obama has boosted his gun control efforts–alongside those of California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein–Media Matters has clearly joined in.
I know. Weird, right?
It’s almost as if there was some kind of post-election precipitating event that caused an uptick in America’s sudden increased interest in restricting unlimited access to high powered weaponry with extended magazines which would allow a 2nd Amendment absolutist to shred the body of a seven year-old child with eleven shots in less time than it took to read this sentence.

Jesus Christ, what a moron.
I don’t know what to say other than, “Ye Gods, this guy is a blithering idiot!!”. Is he paid for this in-depth analysis?
Nah, if there had been such an event it would have been part of the plan. And what do Soros, Brock, and Feinstein have in common with Sandy Hook witness Gene Rosen? http://americablog.com/2013/01/sandy-hook-truthers-hoax.html Hint: Feinstein is the only one of the four that hasn’t been circumcised. In other words I suspect that boy genius is an actual Nazi. I don’t think I’m Godwining, either, this is getting really beyond ugly to scary.
…and this happened today in Hartford, CT
http://www.ctpost.com/local/article/Newtown-dad-to-lawmakers-Change-gun-laws-4228992.php#photo-4098381
Fucking disgraceful.
I’d kind of wondered, during Pres. Obama’s first term, what would happen when the term was up and Obama hadn’t actually got round to seizing everyone’s guns (or putting Christians in concentration camps or whatever.) Little did I know that it was all part of his diabolical plan to do these things during his second term–which, I guess, Obama was certain he’d get because of Chicago thuggery, ACORN, free phones &c.
Just wondering aloud but when may we expect these people to heed the words of Bobby Jindal and stop being stupid?? Is there like a deadline or something??
so are all the little children living underneath O’Hare with the 9/11 passengers?
Wow, gun troll city.
I’m glad you brought that up. So let me ask you this, Why was that event packed with people who were willing to heckle the father of a dead child?
I was listening to an NRA podcast on Sunday and I know they were encouraging people to come out to “protect their 2nd Amendment rights” and they showed up. So do the law makers get the idea that we don’t care enough? Some of this takes some organizing to turn people out.
BTW in anyone is interested I was on the Nicole Sandler show today talking about how we can talk about public safety and the importance of calling your school board.
I also talked about ways to fight back when you hear defeatist language about trying to get any changes though congress. Here is the link.
It’s probably like the rush to buy guns and ammo right now, before any new laws come into effect.
They just want to get all the stupid out fast, so that when the RNC monitors come around there’s none left to be found. “No sir, no stupid around here. We got rid of it all just the other day . . .”
So, who the Hell is Matt Boyle and why does he deserve the time of day? How much is the NRA paying him to write crap like this?
But a caller to Shannyn Moore’s show told her that Obama precipitated the Sandy Hook massacre in order to win the election, so I think your timeline is flawed, Mr Bogg.
When his hostess reminded the caller that, in fact, the Sandy Hook Child Massacre occurred AFTER Obama’s re-election, he replied, “That’s your opinion.”
The calendar: part of the librul conspiracy to grab guns.
You see that’s what I’m talking about. First they fire Sarah and then they want our guns. Know what I mean? I went out today and got my AR 15, put it on my credit card so that Blah Muslim with the phony SS card in the WH can’t take it from me. You all better do the same and get ur bug out bag up to date. It’s a coming. I’m telling you, it’s a coming.
That’s what I been sayin’.
Thank you for your efforts, spocko. Isn’t Nicole’s show fun?
The second amendment – which the right screams so much about – came to be for one reason and one reason only. To preserve slavery. Period. End of discussion.
Stupid people can’t stop saying stupid shit. It’s what they do (among other things). The party leadership has to start distancing itself from the stupid.
Meanwhile, some of the parents of the victims are coming out against stricter gun controls. Seriously.
Fox News’s new darling is Mark Matiolli, who says that the answer is to cultivate civility and build character:
Yes, Mr. Matiolli, your son was safe so long as you focused your attention on parenting.
That’s the ticket.
Ain’t gonna happen. Their recent big strategy get together ended with almost unanimous agreement that it wasn’t the message that needs changing, it’s the delivery of the message. Akin’s beliefs weren’t the problem you see, it was him being so inartful about stating them.
Morons.
I’ll say it again gun-nuts and Glibertarins — Somalia is waiting for you.
Fly! Fly like the little John Wayne Galts you truly are!
Meanwhile, us adults will work on maintaining and growing a true civil society back here in America.
” A parent in every class.” Yeah that’s what we need.
They were smart enough to gerrymander the House districts in their favor for a decade or more…
Yeah, they were. But I’m not going to change my characterization of them because somebody figured out how to gerrymander Congressional districts 200 years ago and Republicans have exploited it recently.
The article stinks of many things but mainly of desperation. It’ll certainly work for the true believers who’ve lapped up the NRA’s propoganda that the Kenyan Usurper really really really IS going to steal your precious guns & send you to FEMA camps. After all your calendar is up for grabs as to whether you choose to read it liberally or conservatively.
The article will make plenty of sense to a certain percentage of our populace who’ve bought the Ayn Rand bullshit wholesale & don’t want any govt except when THEY need it.
They were smart enoughThe Kochs, Waltons, et al were rich enough to hire lawyers to gerrymander the House districts…A reality drive-by.
Fair enough!
Matt Boyle proving once again that ‘context’ like ‘consent’, are concepts beyond conservatives’ comprehension.
I like to say they’re dumb, but cunning. Those are different things, and not mutually exclusive.
It’s tough to figure out, exactly, but I think it’s that authoritarian, fearful personality that we’ve discussed so often, that makes them factually dumb. They just can’t accept facts that contradict their belief, so they are dumb.
But they’re absolutely ruthless in using that cunning to preserve or increase their power.
It’s a theory, anyway.
Spot on. Many of history’s sociopaths and despots were as cunning and ruthless as they come but they were too stupid to see that they were all sowing the seeds for their own individual downfalls. They think that their philosophy will somehow endure where all others have failed.
It’s all very well to discuss “good parenting” & civility. What a load though.
When people kill others by driving drunk, we may try things like education & training. But we also pass stronger laws with harsher penalties for DUIs.
We can pass laws for stricter fines & sentences for DUI. We cannot pass laws to somehow “make” parents do a “better job” at training their kids to be civil, etc. plus at some point people will do whatever no matter how well their parents raised them.
That’s why we have laws. Of course I’m preaching to the choir here. Teh stoopit & teh selfish. They burn.
You know why the far right loves to beat up on George Soros? Because his last name is so easy to spell: even if you start at the wrong end, you’ll still get it right.
Good points. But I have friends who don’t want gun laws changed mainly bc it’ll be inconvenient for them interms of enjoying their hobby. They really don’t give a shit about anyone getting killed even kids. Just typical conservative selfishness. I got MINE eff you.
I’ve been wondering when Bobby Jindal is going to start heeding the words of Bobby Jindal.
I’ve always said that one has to be a little bit of a sociopath to be conservative. Afraid of everything but concerned only for themselves and in some cases, those immediately next to them.
a bit? I say full-bore sociopath
So, I’m reading an article on Huffpost about some nut who walked into a Kroeger’s in Virginia with his loaded AR-15, in order to “make a point”. Several people called 911 (surprise!!). Why he wasn ‘t shot by someone who felt like standing his ground because he felt threatened (imagine that), I don’t know. The upshot? Nothing the cops could do. I cannot imagine living in a state (I, too, am in San Diego) where some asshole could terrorize shoppers legally like that. I mean, there you are shopping with your 3-year-old and some small-penis jerkoff decides to strut in with a killing machine, one that had been used to kill scores of people recently. Jesus Christ on a crutch!!! I don’t normally wish bad things for people, but someone has to take guys like these out to “send a message”.
Well certainly these days, that seems to be how it plays out.
I have a friend who I like a lot & she’s not stupid. But on the gun issue, she makes almost no sense. It’s all about how gun owners should never have to ” suffer” the slightest inconvenience in order to enjoy their hobby. I know the NRA has really been successful in making them believe that their selfis desires trump everyone else’s right to safety.
Sociopathy has been taught as a good thing.
I don’t know. Maybe MADD has something to learn from Mark Matiolli.
As Mark Matiolli says, stronger laws with harsher penalties are too complicated…
Sounds like Matiolli’s been bought off. Why hoooow nice.
Well, I don’t want to be accused of extremism or anything. I used to think my dad was a sane conservative but as he aged, he bought the whole whacky philosophy, hook, line and sinker. It was sad and a bit horrifying to watch.
Mattioli actually said this today:
Hey, Margaret, do you and I have the same dad? Because what you describe is exactly what I am seeing these days. Full bore, Faux-fed looney tunes. Faux gets turned on first thing when my folks get up, stays on all day, gets watched all night (with dinner, of course) and the TV gets shut off when they go to bed. Talk about your diet of outrage every waking moment of the day; no wonder he’s gotten so crazed.
My in-laws did the same, and I blame it on Fox News. I wish I was joking, but my mother in law was a very sane, women’s club Republican and simply began believing and repeating a lot of stuff that simply wasn’t true. This was (false) stuff she had no reason to really know or be all that interested in, but when they retired, the TV was on Fox or Bloomberg/CNBC all dang day, every day.
End of discussion? Sure, if you want to be like the right wing and act like the Bill of Rights ends at the 2nd Amendment. It doesn`t. This has become a very popular (and intentionally inflammatory) talking point but it`s ignorant of subsequent history, particularly the 14th Amendment which was directed at countering the Black Codes instituted by the former slave-holding states after the Civil War. One of the intentions of the 14th Amendment was to give the former slaves the right to bear arms; by no means the only or most important intention of the 14th Amendment but nevertheless it was part of its intentions. If the 2nd Amendment truly was drafted to serve the aims of the slaveholding states, the 14th Amendment corrected that mistake and undid their intent in supporting the 2nd. What may have been originally designed to further the goals of slave owners was then nicely turned against them. 2nd Amendment absolutists are wrong no matter which direction they’re coming from.
If you want to point out the hypocrisy of the NRA and the far Right on this issue, you`d be better off talking about the Mulford Act with the NRA`s and Ronald Reagan`s parts in making it happen. The Mulford Act was a much more clear-cut and recent example of laws regarding firearms being drafted out of racist fears.
Crap, meant to type “Constitution” instead of “Bill of Rights”, apologies.
If foetal Obama was able to pre-plan his fake Hawaian birth, he’s smart enough to pre-plan his fascist takeover for a second term. It all makes sense when you examine the patterns.
o/t, Bill Kristol says, “oh, you think you’re SOOOOOOO CLEVER”

“Investigative reporter and “too

I understand. My Dad passed away in the late 1990s but the same thing was starting to happen to him before he passed away. It wasn’t Fox but Rush and company. I miss him still, but I bet we would have had a lot of arguments over politics.
Fortunately my Mom hates Fox and remained a strong Democrat. I’ve joked here before that she may be the only Democratic vote in her North Carolina retirement home outside of the Africa-American and Hispanic staff.
I’ll take your word for it. I got about three lines in, and my brain made a break for it. It got out my ear and out the door before I could react, but even now that I have it back in place and double foil sheets duct-taped over each ear, I’m still afraid to try reading that again.
(& squirrelhugger @48)
MEIN GOTT! Why didn’t I see this before??? Soros is a palindrome!
A palindrome…of…EVIL!
I’ve been hearing lately that Somalia has been getting better of late; Nice Polite Republicans radio just had something about this this morning, in fact. The claim is it’s due to improved security due to government blah-blah-blah, but that couldn’t be right. We’re probably witnessing the climax of an invisible handjob from the Free Market (Praise Be Upon It!).
However, hope remains! Wide swathes of the Democratic Republic of Congo, as well as (for now) some of the mountainous regions of northern Mali, are delightfully free of the heavy hand of government, unless you count marauding bands of underpaid/unpaid bands of pillaging & raping government military forces – which you shouldn’t, since they are not exactly following orders (at least none that are officially acknowledged). FREEDOM!
You know who else was a palindrome? Hitlereltih!
Alas, “investigative” though he may be, Boyle seems to have never ferreted-out the fact that no conservative would write, “…California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein…”. I’m afraid a promising career has “self-deported”, so to speak.
That’s the thing though – Kroger is private property, and outside of things like being discriminatory towards people based on race or ethnicity, Kroger gets to dictate what is and is not allowed on their property.
Kroger could easily pass a company policy that no one is allowed on company property with a firearm unless they are a uniformed policeman or a Kroger security employee. And they could have police remove from the premises any person who violates that policy.
Just a few days ago, our state legislature in its infinite wisdom passed a bill to make it legal to carry a concealed weapon to church. My thought was “WTF?” Churches are also private property and it’s up to each individual church to decide what they will and will not allow on the premises. I’m sincerely hoping that the state gets sued over this – it’s akin to them passing a law saying that anyone and everyone who likes can come into my home with a loaded weapon. No, they can’t. It’s my property and I get to say who can and cannot come in and under what circumstances.
If we want to push back and not rely on the quivering mass of jello known as the US Congress to do something, we can start writing to companies and other institutions and letting them know that guns aren’t welcome where we shop, dine, etc., and that we won’t be patronizing establishments where the guy at the next table is likely to be packing heat. As loud as the nuts are, there are a lot more folks who’d rather not be around loaded guns every moment of the day than there are pistol-packing morons.
While we’re at it, and totally OT – you know that White House petition site? We need to start a petition to reclassify marijuana on the drug schedule, to remove marijuana from the same schedule as heroin and cocaine.
My 86 year old mother lived for some 20 years in her retirement in a small East Texas town. A life-long Republican, from a family that hated Roosevelt, she slowly began to evolve during the Clinton years. She mostly kept her political opinions to herself, but she’s pro-choice, she’s an aetheist, and she didn’t give a damn about what gay people wanted to do. Her hidebound conservative neighbors considered her a raving liberal, and told her so.
I tend not to talk politics with her because we usually disagree. This year, after the election, I phoned her, and she told me – I didn’t ask, she TOLD me outright – that she had voted a straight Democratic ticket.
Same thing here. My ‘rents were relatively “sane” Republicans for the most part. Of course, they always had the IOKIYAR schtick down pat, and, for example, totally “forgave” Nixon based on the brain-dead notion that “everyone else does it, too, and Nixon is ‘just’ the one who ‘got caught.’” Like: WTF???
But I could have a semi-reasonable discussion with them about politics, and even sometimes reach points of agreement.
Once El Lushbo arrived on the scene & then Fake Noise, the jig was up. My mom even had radio tuned into rightwing hate radio while she slept!! Egad.
Both of my ‘rents tuned into raving lunatics, imo, bc of the brainwashing from listening to all this ever-more-lunatic-fringe rightwing hateful stuff. My oldest sibling has gone down the same road, and she’s constantly ANGRY and constantly nuttier ‘n a fruitcake. Very sad.
One interesting thing, though. My Dad has Alzheimers, but his path has been a looooong slooow decline. At one point, he could no longer really follow Fake & Rush, so he had to stop watching and listening to that. But he could still read the newspaper & grasp what was written. It was interesting to witness him turning *back* into a more sane Republican, and he even went to far as to really question W’s tax cuts for the super rich and how they were driving the USA further into debt!! No kidding. Sadly that phase didn’t last too long, but it was certainly insightful as to how *insidious* the rightwing noise machine propoganda is.
And yes, most Seniors who are inclined to lap up this rightwing nutty nonsense tend to have their TVs and/or radios turned on all day long. It’s horrific how well the propogandizing works.
As a consequence, I don’t own a TV and am very choosy about what I listen to on the radio.
Interesting, onitgoes; also, I am as fussy as you are about my media consumption – I recently came back from vacation all nicely vacated, and I have since chosen to not listen to Nice Polite Republicans anymore. Voila, vacation mind preserved! I get my news from the web, so I am still adequately informed, but not yelling at the radio in the car and generally happier.
Obviously the rightwing disease vector is radio/Faux, so perhaps there really is something to the idea that demographics are on our side. The elder generation seems to think anything you hear on the radio, see on TV, or read on the internet can be taken to the bank in terms of veracity. Some of the shit my dad would fall for even 30 years ago is just plain laughable, and he’s an educated professional; I figure it is a combo of (1) authoritarian mindset, and (2) generational, duck & cover brainwarping. At least the latter is fading away.
The same thing happened and is still happening to my father. You’re correct – it’s horrifying.
Nice comment (as usual), Jenn, and you’re quite right.
As you may know, I live in Hollywood, which is kind of a tough town, so it shouldn’t really be a surprise to hear that I was at a friend’s house one day, and he produced a new acquisition, a revolver, and said, you know, for wise guys.
I said, fine, let me me know when you’re through playing with your new toy, I’ll just be outside, having a cigarette. Try not to shoot your wife or yourself in the meantime, you moron.
Personally, I’m okay with a Louisville Slugger behind the door for home protection.
Incidentally, marijuana is schedule A in the FDA, and both cocaine and heroin are not, since they are acknowledged to have some medicinal value. So perhaps you’re asking that marijuana be rescheduled to reflect the view that it has some medicinal value, yes?
Teddy Partridge @13: “The calendar: part of the librul conspiracy”
This has been true at least as far back as August, 1992, when President Clinton presided over the Ruby Ridge raid/massacre.
Beat me to it. ‘Twas Rushie-Poo what started that bit of nonsense coursing around the wingnutosphere.
Hell, I refuse to allow the morons to claim Waco for Clinton, because they’d spent weeks shooting down his AG nominees — Janet Reno hadn’t been on the job a week when that blew up, and it was the Bush I appointees Sessions and Potts who ran that show.
MEIN GOTT! Why didn’t I see this before??? Soros is a palindrome!
A palindrome…of…EVIL!
Worse. A palindrome of live evil.
It sounds like she was an actual conservative, as many Republicans were in the pre-Nixon era. The more the GOP became influenced by, and then dominated by, cultural reactionaries, evangelical know-nothings, and outright racists–and the more that constituency has been manipulated by corporatists and plutocrats–the more sincere conservatives must have been (and, you’d think, still are) repulsed. As I’ve said 1200 times online, today there are no conservatives in American public life. There are only Republicans.
That’s my dad too. He cuts some of the Fox with Limbaugh. It’s horrifying to hear Rush’s non-dulcet whinging in the background while we chat on the phone.
“..today there are no conservatives in American public life.”
Hello, McFly! What about your President, the Black Irishman Barack O’Bama? How soon they forget…
Got B’s instead of A’s on the report card?
Recieve an AK-47 in the face!
Another responsible gun owner.
ps: When I attended gun training class, rule #1- always treat a gun as if it is loaded. Rule #2- make sure a gun is unloaded before handling. Rule #3- see rule #1.
pps: I needed to pass the course to get a hunting licence. Bird hunting. With a shotgun. I was 14. Received a 20ga single-shot for my birthday.
The RW is best understood in some ways as a cult. They have to have it on at all times, lest the programming start to fade. I bet a lot of us have walked down a hallway in a retirement or nursing home and every TV in every room is on Fox.
I have a kind of different retirement home story. My Mom went to one in her mid-eighties. She’s a yellow dog democrat. She got sick and tired of everyone spouting O’Reilly crap and being lobbied to watch Fox News. She tried watching Bill-o once. She lasted 5 minutes. Another nut handed her a book by Glenn Beck. She read the preface and gave it back to him. She told him, “This is like handing a Jew “Mein Kampf”. She was out of there within a year. She’s now 91 years old and slightly to the left of Che Guevara. There’s hope!!
Yeah, I thought that would be the case too, that private property would trump gun-packing. Does that mean the Kroeger policy is to allow this insanity in their stores, or at least in Virginia? I have no idea. What I do know is that there is no way I would ever work in a building where gun totin’ is allowed. Anyone can ‘go postal’ at any time. Why aid and abet prospective crazies, no matter how sane they seem today? This country is moronic.
I mostly do listen to National Propoganda Radio (because there’s not much else that’s worth the bother), but I’m very choosy about what shows I tune into. I listen to the classical music station when I’m commuting. I listen to some of the evening and weekend programming at other times. KQED out of San Francisco has some wonderful, very educational, local programming in the evenings that remains quite worthwhile.
Morning Edition & other nooz shows, etc: not so much.
EDIT: What the heck happened to my paragraph breaks?
I have to wonder how reasonable a person you really were deep down if all it takes to transform you from sane-sounding citizen to screaming OBAMA IS WORSE THAN STALIN is listening to some talk-radio blowhard. Surely such lunacy has to have something to grab onto before it can take such complete hold.
By the by, I’ve always figured that the reasoning behind the Second Amendment was that, because of the mistrust of “standing armies”, it was intended to keep the country’s regular army small while shifting the burden to state militias. Then the Civil War broke out and proved how shambolic it was to try fighting in any organized fashion with a miscellaneous assortment of independent regiments, but that’s another matter. The point is, my understanding is that bearing arms for the purpose of a “well regulated militia” was always meant as a provision for “the common defence”, not as an unrestricted licence for citizens to amass private arsenals.
I don’t see in the Second Amendment any hint of a notion that the purpose of bearing arms is for fighting government tyranny. If there’s some Federalist Paper or similar in which this supposedly central idea is elaborated, I’d be glad to learn of it.
EDIT: I still listen to NPR on the car radio from time to time but not seriously. I used to listen much more often but eventually I got tired of all the puff pieces of the sort where they send some correspondent to China or Iraq or whatever to visit a supermarket or a nightclub or whatnot, as if to say, “See, everything’s just fine, people are shopping and enjoying themselves!”
There are always people of any age group who have some grasp on reality. At my parents’ retirement home, though, their pals all chatter at meal times about the latest estrusion from Glenn Beck’s & El Rushbo’s pie holes. It’s pretty sad.
And they are always SHOCKED (truly) when I state firmly that I never ever listen to that crap or watch it on TV. No doubt, they return to their apartments and pray for my soul…
No doubt, there are Seniors living there who avoid that crap like the plague, but my parents’ friends are/were all “true believers” in Fake Noise, Rush, Glenn, Sarah (buh-bye), etc.
And yet, it’s Faux News and Rushbo who hate Social Security and Medicare. The cognitive dissonance is amazing to me. Vote Republican and, unless you are rich, you WILL get screwed. It has always been thus.
And was it Rush, Glenn and/or Fake who started claiming that 9/11 happened when Clinton was still POTUS???
There may have been enough outcry about that to make them walk it back a bit, but of course, continue to *blame* Clinton as much as possible because Clinton “didn’t do enough.”
I’m ready to point plenty of fingers of blame at Clinton for a variety of things. But 9/11?? Not so much.
No, what I had in mind was removing marijuana from Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, but my bad for the mistaken belief that cocaine was also on that schedule (though I did correctly note that heroin is Schedule I). The reason being that first of all, it never belonged there in the first place but beyond that, drugs classified as Schedule I are classified that way because: A) The drug or other substance has a high potential for abuse, B) The drug or other substance has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States and C) There is a lack of accepted safety for use of the drug or other substance under medical supervision.
Marijuana fails all three of those tests. Why does it matter? Only because there are such a tangle of laws out there that don’t distinguish between substances listed on Schedule I – you get caught with any of them and it’s treated more seriously than if you happened to get caught with a drug on one of the less restricted schedules. Plus, as noted, it doesn’t belong there, and it would go some way towards helping the country reach adulthood to banish as many of the fairytales as possible. Last of all, it probably would make the medical marijuana movement easier to finally acknowledge in law that yes, there are legitimate medical uses for marijuana – among them glaucoma and easing nausea for those in chemo, etc.
“Today there are no conservatives in American public life. There are only Republicans.”
This is good! Thank you. Somebody should put it on a t-shirt pay you royalties.
